女教師・梨紗（麻田かおり）のクラスに学生時代、家庭教師をしていた徹が転校してきた。梨紗は過去に徹にカラダを許したことがあり、バラされるのを恐れた。しかし案の定、弱みを握っている徹は梨紗に下着を着けずに授業をするよう強要したり、通学電車で待ち伏せし痴漢をしたり、イヤがらせは次第にエスカレートしてゆく。梨紗はなんの抵抗も出来ず恋人の健一に相談し助けを求める。だが…。
