幸せな結婚生活を送っていた「奈々美」に降りかかる災厄。「奈々美」の大学時代の友人だった「彩香」が卒業間近に突然失踪する。「彩香」を待ち受けていたのは自殺した両親の借金の肩代わりという地獄の生活であった。なんとか逃げ出した「彩香」だったが、偶然にも「奈々美」とその夫の幸せそうな姿を目撃してしまう。「彩香」の嫉妬は憎悪となり、「奈々美」に自分と同じ地獄を味わわせる為の策略を練るのだった…。
