とある、上司の物語。海外のインフラ整備を請け負う会社に勤めている部長・タツオ。都内近郊の豪邸に嫁・加藤ツバキと結婚して幸せに暮らしていた。しかし、嫁のツバキは後妻で、前妻は若かりし頃に亡くしていた。しかし、その前妻にそっくりだったのが、帰国したばかりの部下・ヤスヒロの、嫁・北条麻妃だった…。部下夫婦は帰国直後に会社の手違いによって住む場所が無かった為、しばらく部下と、部下の嫁と同居する事となるのだが…。配偶者が…。部下が居る事は承知の上なのだが…。過去の押さえきれない思いと、スケベ心が入り交じった複雑な感情が再燃する事となった…。
