戦後の荒廃した東京で繰り広げられる物語。ある組織の秘密を知ってしまった為、街娼の麻由（小泉麻由）は命を狙われてしまう。麻由の殺害を命じられた片付け屋の佐伯は一風変わった癖があり、始末する相手が女の場合、薬漬けにして犯しつくし、さながら天国と地獄を一度に感じさせながら殺していくのだった…。
