女捜査官雅は、麻薬取引の情報をつかみ、犯人達を現行犯逮捕するが相棒の捜査官の裏切りにより犯人達にリンチされた上、殺されてしまう。雅の魂は、400年の時を遡り、江戸時代の記憶を呼び覚ました！死んでいた筈の雅の体に女侍の魂が乗り移り、殺し屋雅が誕生したのだ。雅は復讐の為、自分を殺した犯人達を一人一人追い詰めていくが、雅の前に鞭怪人ポイズンローズが立ちはだかる。
