騙し取られたり強奪された美術品を奪い返し、元の持ち主に返す美少女怪盗セイントシーフ。彼女はかつて怪盗セイントハンドと呼ばれ、現在は行方不明になった父との再会を果たすため、父と同じ正義の怪盗という道を選んだ。美術品横流しの仲介を請け負う悪徳捜査官・竜造寺は毎度セイントシーフによる美術品奪還の被害を受けるため、依頼者から詐欺の疑いを受け窮地に陥っていた。しかし、そこへ現れた天才少年捜査官ハヤテの申し出により、彼の頭脳を駆使したセイントシーフ捕獲作戦が開始される。
