美代子は偶然を装い、サプリメント会社を経営している信也に近付く。数年前に妻に先立たれた信也はつい、美代子に誘われるがままに一夜を共に…。美代子はそれを盾に「レイプされた」と言いだし、信也に責任を取るよう迫る。信也は美代子の望み通り結婚を承諾。信也の家には一人息子の康彦が浪人生活をしていた。康彦は父の結婚に戸惑いながらも若い継母・美代子との暮らしに淡い期待を抱くようになる…。
