この物語は都内に住むOLが実際に体験した出来事を再現映像化しました。マリは日ごろから便秘に悩まされていましたが、ある日あまりの腹痛に耐え切れず病院に駆け込んでしまいます。しかし浣腸で大量のグリセリンを流し込まれ、マリは便意を堪えきれずその場で排泄してしまったのです…。ところがマリは、その時の排泄の快感と羞恥が癖になってしまい、自宅でも浣腸が癖になってしまったのです。そんなマリは次第に変態願望がエスカレートして夜な夜な挑発的な姿で街をうろつくようになり、ついには浣腸レイプをされてしまいます…。
