今回の着ぐるみは特撮ヒロイン仕立ての作品です。顔出しがほとんど無い作品ながらあえて着ぐるみの中に入っているのは美形でグラマーな来栖ゆうさん。マスクの下で息苦しさに耐えながら演じています。女性捜査官だった白鳥アヤカは操作中に強盗団の手によって殺され殉職するが、ソイド社は最新プロジェクト・シグマノイドの実験体としてアヤカの肉体を利用、超捜騎兵シグマイザーとして蘇らせる。しかしシグマイザーは超捜騎兵の親会社ソイド社が保険金目的にテロ行為をしていることを突き止め、ソイド社に乗り込む。ところが卑怯な罠に嵌り…。
