マイホームを購入する為にアパートで節約生活をしている夫・伸夫と妻の歩実。その歩実達の隣にある日、物静かな中年・沢木が引っ越してきた。妻と別居中で孤独感を味わっていた沢木にとって若く美しい歩実は眩しく映った。そして、歩実に欲望を抱いた沢木はベランダを乗り越え歩実の無防備な姿を覗くのが日課になっていく。しかし、それだけでは抑えられなくなると、お人好しの歩実に巧みな嘘をつき自宅へと連れ込むのだった…。
