新たなエネルギー開発の実験中に地球征服を狙うネガリア帝国が襲撃してきた。それにより実験機は暴走、エネルギーも暴発してしまう。その最中に居合わせた景村鈴はエネルギーの余波を受け、自身の影を実体化する能力を得る。鈴はその姿をシャドウレディーと呼び、ネガリア帝国と戦いを繰り広げていた。そんなある日、敵の襲撃目標を予測した鈴は敵の恐るべき計画「日本ミサイル砲撃作戦」を知り、その核となるエネルギー発生器を守ろうとするが、すんでの所で持ち去られてしまう。
