エキア602で瀕死の状態のコスモエンジェルに語りかける謎の光。コスモエンジェルは、その光と同化すると更なるパワーを得て復活！宇宙犯罪者達を蹴散らすと自らの力で地球へ帰還するのだった。マジマ博士の研究所へ戻ったコスモエンジェルだが、ゲルハルトの地球に接近するスピードは速く、陽子破壊砲以外に衝突を免れるすべは無い。サイバトロンを手に入れ陽子破壊砲の完成を急ぐマジマ博士。ゾルは、サイバトロンを狙って研究所を襲うがコスモエンジェルが何とか撃退する。マジマ博士と未来への希望を確かめ合ったコスモエンジェルは、アンガーの野望を打ち砕くため一人ゲルハルトに向かうのだった…［HAPPY END］
