往診に向かう看護師、先生は出張の為、患者宅集合という事になった。しかし、先生は、交通機関のトラブルで遅れるとの事。看護師さんで出来る事を先生が来る前に済ませる事に…。熱を測ったり、血圧を測ったり、それでも、先生は中々来ない。患者さんが、しばらくカラダを洗って無いという事なので、シャワールームへ行くと、看護師さんのおっぱい大っきいから、もう我慢できないよと、襲いかかる患者…。
