救急車でヤクザの親分・郷田が運び込まれ病院内は大騒動。ある日、仕事帰りの美千代をカメラマンの北嶋が待ち伏せ、郷田の部屋の隠し撮りの協力を得るために、優しく、激しく美千代を抱くのだった…。カメラマンに熱を上げたナースの美千代は、彼の望みを聞き入れ親分の病室へ案内するが…。
