OL・美沙子は、恋人の健と同棲中。目標の結婚資金額達成に近付いた頃、二人は倦怠期に陥っていた。そんなある日、美沙子の元に同窓会の葉書が届いた。高校の恩師・嶋雅之に恋心を抱いていた彼女は、その二次会で再会した雅之と結ばれる。しかし、雅之は美沙子の卒業後、教え子の罠により辞任に追い込まれていたのだった。
