女捜査官のレイは今時めずらしい、仕事一筋で清楚で硬い性格の女性。同居人でありパートナーの真美は、男遊びが絶えないギャル系の女性…。そして、彼女達の非番の日にテロリストが事件を起こした！化学施設を爆破し、ある化学物質を盗みだし逃亡を図ろうとしていた。レイはただちに現場に急行し、イケメン美男子テロのリーダー格の男と遭遇する。しかし化学物質はレイとテロの男の前で爆発し二人は爆風を浴び気絶してしまう。目が覚め、気が付くと二人の心は入れ替わっていた！
