最近、女性の一人部屋だけを狙った事件が多発していた。犯人は徳田賢治。その魔の手は女捜査官、剣崎美貴のマンションにも及んでいた、しかし、徳田は美貴の空手初段の腕前には到底及ばなかった。美貴は正義感が人一倍強く、覚せい剤所持で指名手配の藤村大輔を発見、追跡しその黒幕を暴こうとしたのだが…藤村は口封じのため射殺され、死ぬ間際に黒幕を暴く鍵が入ったUSBメモリを渡してもらう。
