安定した職業【ナース】に就いた水沢のの。院長から「ナースは究極のサービス業」と言われるも、言葉の深い意味を理解せず笑顔で患者対応をしていた。積み重なる業務で溜まったフラストレーションを男の看護師で解消するも突然離職してしまいストレス解消先を失う。欲求不満の水沢は夜勤中、禁断の方法を思いつき実行してしまう。この頃から院長の言葉を理解し始め、ナースという立場も忘れ次々と入院患者と関係を結んでいくが…。
