麻薬捜査官つぼみは同僚と共に、麻薬密売組織のメンバーを追い詰めるが、同僚が拳銃を突きつけられ、その命を守るために自らも組織に囚われの身となってしまう。黒装束の男達に拘束され、押収するはずであった麻薬を自らの体で味わわされてしまう。その後、同僚を助け出し、アジトを抜け出そうとするが、催眠ガスで眠らされ再び囚われの身となる。さらに麻薬を打たれ、ドリルバイブによる失神。ギロチン拘束でのイラマチオ、ボスによる屈辱の『麻薬捜査犬』プレイ。
