生徒が自発的に学校を運営するための組織、生徒会。そこに集まる生徒たちはまじめで優秀な人ばかり。そんな生徒会に所属する女子は、笑顔で明るい学校作りを志す反面、抑圧されたストレスが溜まっていた。男子のミスは許さない。行き過ぎた注意は、やがて自分のストレスを発散するためだけのイジメ行為に発展していく。殴られ蹴られ、馬鹿にされる男子。多勢に無勢の一方的な暴力行為は、止まる所を知らない。
