中越茂夫、49歳。仕事もせずに親の遺産で息子のとおると二人で暮らしているところに、突然、韓国の留学生キム・ヘソンが家に転がり込む。気立ても良く勉強熱心なヘソンに茂夫は年甲斐もなく一目惚れ。そんな中、本来のホームステイ先と間違って中越家に世話になっていたことが判明し、ヘソンは家を出ることになる。目の前から居なくなってはじめてヘソンを愛していることに気づくとおると、はじめから気がある茂夫の親子関係は険悪に。ある日、茂夫はヘソンが友人のウォンと仲良く2人でいるところを偶然目撃してしまい…。
