最愛の夫を癌で亡くしたミドリ。夫の治療費の為に借金を背負ってしまった彼女は、一人息子を実家に預け家政婦として働くことに。派遣されたのは都内近郊に洒落た邸宅を構える長谷川家。2年前から寝たきりになっている主の介護とシモの世話が彼女の仕事だった。しかし、ある夜、妻・日向子と息子・タカシが男女の営みに精を出しているところを目撃してしまい…。その日から事態は思わぬ方向へ。
