デビュー間もない七咲楓花が、初の首絞めに挑戦した記念碑的な作品です。女を含めた首絞めマニアの集団に、いいように絞めまくられる彼女の姿は、初々しさを超越した儚さのようなものが感じられます。特にストッキングによる執拗な絞めは圧巻。この絞めに耐えられればこそ、その後の彼女の活躍があったんですね。顔面鬱血させて必死に耐えるその表情は、今更ながらにそそられてしまいます。
