サラリーマンの早川相手に援交をしている女子校生・里佳。里佳の友達の道子と香織は、早川を強請って金を巻き上げることに成功。「セーラー服暴力団」の誕生である。早川は里佳を拉致することを計画。そのことを知った道子と香織。3人は早川を探し、復讐することを計画。その計画に気付いた早川は暴力団に話を持ち掛け、3人のレイプを依頼する。こうしてヤクザ対セーラー服暴力団の一騎討ちが始まった…。
