宇宙警備隊の隊員、紅坂まゆき（桐原あずさ）は青い発光体を追って倉庫に潜入した。その時！青い発光体は、まゆきに向って光線を発射する！悶絶し倒れ込むまゆき。後から来た赤の発光体が青の発光体を撃破するが、まゆきは瀕死の重傷を負っている。発光体が本来の姿、レッドガーディアンとなり、まゆきの脳の中に潜入する。まゆきに告げられる言葉…「レッドガーディアンと肉体を共にしなければ死ぬ…」事態を理解したまゆきは、レッドガーディアンに肉体を提供し、キラー星人を倒すために立ち上がるのだった！！
