入院先の精神病院で実弟が暴行され死亡、その事実を病院側は隠蔽した。弟の無念を晴らす為、看護婦となって潜入した裕美（音咲絢）は、一旦は証拠を入手するが、院長に正体を暴かれ監禁される。院長は彼女が隠していた証拠の品を奪還すべく、彼女を拷問する。数々の恐ろしい責めに、耐え抜くが、憔悴しきった彼女に非情な事実が明かされる…。
