サムライの血を受け継ぐ五人の若者達は烈風戦隊サムライジャーとなり、悪の組織‘ドクロゴーダム’を倒すまで戦い続けていた…。そんな彼等の前に現れたのは‘神獣夢ドクロ’だった。相手を一瞬にして眠らせ悪夢の中で殺す、その魔の怪人は強かった。戦いで傷ついたグリーンをかばうためピンクサムライジャーは夢ドクロに捕まってしまうのだった。ドクロゴーダムの拷問官アヌビスは、サムライジャー本部の弱みをつかむためピンクに秘密基地の場所を聞き出そうとする。
