えみは勤務先の病院で同僚医師の工藤が診察したカルテを目撃し、保険適用外の薬を処方していることを不審に思う。人手不足の病院のため、えみも自ら患者に清拭を行っていたある日、一人の患者を性的看護するが、それを他の患者に目撃されてしまう。深夜、院内で何者かに襲われるえみ。それを工藤に助けられたものの、今度は工藤に秘密をネタに弄ばれてしまう。
