夫の帰りを待っていた保奈美が玄関のドアを開けると、そこにはベロベロに酔払った夫と会社の同僚らしき人がいた。その男は夫と同期入社だが、万年平社員の夫とは違って仕事ができ、出世して部長になっていた。ある日、夫がベッドから起きてこなかった。仕事で重大なミスを犯したのが原因のようなのだ。そこで保奈美は、会社に出向いて夫のミスを何とかしてもらえないか部長にお願いするのだが…。
