潜入捜査官Nはマフィアの資金ルート壊滅のため、その資金源である違法の賭博施設・地下コロシアムへ潜入する事になった。地下コロシアムでは毎夜、金と時間をもてあました一部の人間にだけ提供する暗黒格闘技が繰り広げられる。マフィアによって最新鋭のトレーニングとドーピングを施された女ファイター・ミサキは今夜も勝利を飾る。Nはファントムレディーと名を変え、マフィア壊滅のために金のなる木となったミサキと戦う事を決意、地下コロシアムにエントリーした…。
