恭子（藤崎かすみ）は結婚式で知り合った夫の友人・草太を自宅に招き悩みを打ち明けていた。結婚してから誰かに覗かれている気がする事、夫が変わった宗教団体に入り浸っている事。そんな恭子の悩みを真摯に受け止めていた草太だが、ふと立ち上がった拍子にポケットから紙ナプキンを落とす。それは、恭子がトイレに捨てたものだった。「まさか…」、恐怖で立ちすくむ恭子だが後ろから羽交い絞めにされ…。
