落ちこぼれ警官の吹き溜まりである月見署は、女地上げ屋のかのこに移転を迫られていた。そんな月見署の交通課に配属された新米婦警の未来は、署長の熊八をはじめ型破りのはみだし者が集まったこの警察署に度肝を抜かれた。パトロールに出た未来とひとみの前に半裸の男が飛び出しミニパトにひかれた。男は警察署の地主大仁で、かのこの一味に捕えられたところを隙を見て逃げ出してきたのだった。
