平沢ヒナは新米の歯科助手。そんな彼女が勤務する山形歯科医院には、歯科衛生士の桑田幸恵、そして先輩にあたる歯科助手の西田沙耶加がいた。初々しいヒナの勤務態度を見て、治療の最中に患者達がセクハラを仕掛けてくる。些細なイタズラにも敏感に反応してしまうヒナを見て、ほくそ笑む幸恵と沙耶加。失敗ばかり繰り返すヒナに優しいのは、院長の山形だけだった。
