美咲（薫桜子）は新婚生活始まって間もなく、夫を失う。夫の一周忌が近づいても、美咲は喪服姿で家に引きこもったまま。そんな矢先、夫の両親が倒れ、管理していたアパートが取り壊しになるという。夫の生まれ育ったアパート。美咲は新たな管理人を引き受けることにするが…。
