山中を走る一台のハイエース。乗っているのは深夜のお色気番組「怪奇レポート ミニスカ探検隊」のロケ隊だ。レポーターのマミ、ディレクターの早見、カメラマンの山田、そしてADの洋平は、ある湖で撮影をはじめる。突然の豪雨にロケ隊は仕方なく偶然見つけた瀟洒なペンションに泊まることにする。ペンションの女主人は、謎めいた美女の麗華…雨が上がると、マミは早見と痴話喧嘩してペンションを飛び出した。
