女捜査官・佐伯奈々は、条約に抵触する危険な生物兵器を開発した中東のテロ集団・砂漠の爪のアジトへ潜入した。しかし、開発者を捕獲しようとする佐伯の前に現れたのは、巨大な舌で獲物を絡め取る卵形の生物だった。テロリストも捕食され、佐伯もその舌で絡め取られ、ずるずると引き寄せられていく。何とか、体内に銃弾を発砲して逃れるも、卵形の生物は佐伯を追っていき、ついには全身を丸呑みされてしまう…。
