1階にショーダンサーのルル（望月ねね）、2階には街頭で聖書を読む伝道師のミラー（鏡麗子）が住む一戸建ての賃貸物件。大家のノーウェアマンは、2人の生活を盗撮している。このノーウェアマン、視ることのみが快楽であるという哲学を持ち、女性が目の前で全裸になり挑発しても指一本触れずに発射する。しかし、ルルに好意を持ち始めたことから彼の快楽哲学が徐々に崩壊していった。
