中古ながら憧れのマンションを手に入れた朱莉夫婦。喜ぶのも束の間、マンションの次期理事長に任命され、忙しい夫の代わりにさとみが理事長を務める事になった。するとゴミ捨て場にコンドームが散乱しているという事件が発生し、さとみが巡回をしていると突然男に襲われてしまう。翌日、ゴミ捨て場の防犯カメラの映像から事件の犯人にされたさとみは、このマンションで暮らしていく為に住人達への奉仕活動を強要されるのだった。
