県内で屈指の問題校に赴任して1ヶ月、優子は生徒達の素行不良に頭を悩ませていた。考えた末、スポーツを通して彼らの更生を促そうと廃部寸前のラグビー部を復活させる為に動きだす。当初は強引な勧誘に反発する生徒達も優子の魅惑的な中出し指導に心揺さぶられて…。人数も揃い再始動したラグビー部だが、校内一の不良・山田だけは決して受け入れなかった。そこで優子は生徒達の頑なな心を溶かした中出し教育で山田に迫り…。
