親子ともに捜査官である父・真田健二と子・真田瞬は、怪人犯罪者バグラーを追っていたが逆に罠にはまってしまう。そして美しければ男女問わないバグラーは、健二を人質にし、抵抗できない瞬を弄ぶ。健二は目の前で苦しむ瞬を見て、力を振り絞り、瞬を脱出させることに成功する。瞬は逃げ伸びて、女装ヒロインメタルウーマンに変身して父を救いに向かう。健二を救い出すことに成功する瞬だったが、バグラーに正体がばれてしまう。バグラーは健二を誘拐、そして洗脳する。バグラーはメタルウーマンをおびき出し、洗脳した健二に襲いかからせる…。
