戦国の世。駿府の徳山家は蓄えた財宝を守るため、ほとんどの金塊を矢田藩の甲賀アジトへ移し甲賀忍者がその宝番を仰せ使っていた。だがその保障として徳山は矢田藩から人質を出すように命じ矢田幸元の母「やまくに」が徳山へ送られることとなった。しかし矢田は甲賀のくノ一「ひとめ」を「やまくに」の身代わりとして徳山に送り謀反を企て徳山を討ち財宝を手に入れようと画策した。甲賀くノ一「ひとめ」は「やまくに」が身を隠す旅籠へと向かった。しかし、その情報を仕入れたならず者の抜け忍、栗原源蔵組は甲賀組の隠れ旅籠を占領しひとめを待ち受けるのだった。何も知らず旅籠に着くひとめ。今宵、悪の巣窟と化した旅籠で狂乱の宴が繰り広げられようとしていた。
