地方のパチンコチェーンのオーナーの息子である達雄は、役者を志して上京したものの一向に芽が出ず、父親、善之助からの仕送りで遊びほうけていた。ある日達雄のもとに善之助が行方不明になったとの電話が入る。電話してきたのは達雄の幼馴染でパチンコ店の店長を任せられている香澄だった。実家に着いて荷ほどきをしようとキャリーバッグを開けると、なんと中身が違っている。達雄はその荷物の中に、小さなボタンがついた奇妙なメガネを見つける。そのメガネは時間を停止させることができるスーパーメガネだった！
