水虎流忍術のくノ一アヤは忍術の世界から足を洗い、今は街の道場で護身術を教えていた。しかし経営難で闇の格闘技大会に出場する事に。そこへかつてのエージェント仲間である車大吉が訪ねてくる。車は国境沿いの治外法権化した孤島「滝島」で独裁者として振る舞い、核を保有しているという鬼塚仁斎の活動実態を暴くために今一度組織のエージェントとして働く事をアヤに打診する。そしてアヤは鬼塚の主催する格闘技大会に出場し、勝ち上がるが正体がばれてしまい恥辱の責めを受ける事に！［BAD END］
