美しい臨時教師・圭がクラス担任として現れ、○校3年生の翼は一目惚れしてしまう。翼は両親を亡くし伯父夫婦と暮らしていたが、伯父夫婦が海外に行ってから独り暮らし。進学費のために空いた部屋を間貸しすることを考え、男限定で同居人を募集していたが、不動産屋の手違いでなんと圭がやってきてしまう。学校には秘密ということで共同生活を始める2人。翼の欲望を抑える日々が幕を上げるのだった…。
