星川幸（宮内知美）は東萌女子学園高等学校の教師で生まれつきの男性恐怖症。男性に触られただけで蕁麻疹がでる特殊体質、ゆえに28歳の今でもバージンを通している。神田寅一（内山眞人）はそんな幸にひとめぼれをし、女装をしてまで東萌女子学園に通っている。ある日、寅一のいとこの青井マキノ（矢吹シャルロッテ）が転校してくる。寅一のことが好きでバージンは寅一にささげようと思っている。マキノの出現によって、女装がばれてしまう寅一。そんな時、ある事件が起こり幸とマキノはカミナリに打たれて人格が入れ替わってしまう。
