良一は信用金庫の金を横領して巡亡中、可奈に古びたホテルを紹介されて泊まった。女主人の蘭子は上品で美貌だった。夜、女の悲鳴がしたので良一が洋間を覗くと蘭子と可奈が緊縛の性戯におぼれていた。このほかこのホテルには不気味な出来事が続き、果てには二人が殺され札束が散乱している様子を見て良一は逃げだした。だが、その殺人事件もウソだった。蘭子と可奈には何か謎が隠されているようだった。
