犯罪を盗撮するクライム・ハンターの久美。彼女が追うレイプ犯がOLの絵海を襲った。久美は助けを呼ぶこともせず、現場をビデオカメラで盗み撮りする。偶然現場を通りかかった健は絵海を助けようとするが、彼の目の前で彼女は電車に飛び込んで自殺する。テレビでは犯罪告発と称して久美が撮影した映像が流れ、犯人は捕まる。しかし絵海の幻が健の前に現れ、彼はその姿に促されるように久美への復讐を決意するが…。
