祥子は私立学園の美人教師。だが、最近長く続いていた不倫関係が壊れた所だった。数日後、祥子は生徒・修平の家へ家庭訪問に行くが、なぜか持っていた不倫写真で脅され、祥子は彼の玩具にされる。さらに数日後、無断欠勤した祥子の代わりに来た典子は教室に大きな箱を見つけるが、学園祭の道具だと聞かされ、そのまま授業を始める。しかし、その中には縛られ、バイブを差し込まれた祥子がいたのだった。
