田上は「スバル芸能」の人気コーナー”告白手記”を担当する絵里子から”告白手記”の映像化を依頼され、取材を始める。26歳の若さでアパレル会社の部長を務める・由貴子は露出狂だし、美智子と深雪はエリート社員巡りで、毎夜ベットでバトルを繰り広げる。想像以上の過激な女たちの実態に田上は唖然とする。そして絵里子を”告白手記”に出演させる事を思いつき、渋る絵里子をカメラの前に座らせるが…。
