和田製薬に勤務する万蔵は、新薬開発データが何者かに盗まれるのを偶然発見したが、取り逃がしてしまった。それがライバル会社の北祥産業の手に渡れば、和田製薬は北祥産業に吸収されてしまう。そこで万蔵は自慢のイチモツを駆使し、会社の危機を救うべくライバル会社の秘書・真弓（加山なつこ）をたらし込もうとするのだった。
